Bruce Baumann Real Estate is a San Antonio Commercial Real Estate Company.    It was founded in 1987. 

Our primary goal is to concentrate on all aspects of selling and leasing commercial real estate  - Land, Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, with the exception of management.  

There are six agent/brokers associated with the company.  Sam Stranathan and Marcia Baumann joined the company at it's inception and remained since.  They are joined by David Romo, Jr. with twenty years at the company and thirty five years experience.  Joe Giroso has 14 years with the company and over 32 years experience, Chuck Christian has been with Bruce Baumann Real Estate, Inc. for almost ten years.   Bruce Baumann spent twenty six years in retail.  He was a buyer for Foley's Department Store in Houston and moved to San Antonio in 1968.  He was Vice President and Merchandise Manager for Solo Serve Department Stores until 1985. Bruce has also been involved in community activities, serving on United Way, as president of the Jewish Community Center and as Chairman of Planning and Zoning for the City of Shavano Park, and now Alderman for the City of Shavano Park.

Company Memberships:  Our company is a member of the National Association of Realtor, the Texas Association of Realtor, and the San Antonio Board of Realtor. Several of our team are also members of the RCA (Realtor Commercial Alliance) and CCIM.
